Rotary Club Chinchwad-Pune Celebrates Environmental Innovation with State-Level Essay and Creative Thinking Competitions Rotary Club Chinchwad-Pune, in partnership with Jaladindi Pratishthan, Abhivyapti Foundation, Science Park, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, and Gramaprabodhini Salumbre, proudly hosted a highly successful state-level Essay Writing and Creative Thinking Competition. Held from July 20th to July 22nd, 2024, this event saw active participation from 63 schools and engaged a remarkable 16,731 students in grades 8, 9, and 10. Aims and Objectives The competitions were designed to: Promote Environmental Awareness: Encourage students to understand and address critical environmental issues. Foster Creative Problem-Solving: Stimulate innovative thinking regarding pollution and sustainability challenges. Enhance Community Involvement: Strengthen ties with local organisations and communities to drive collective environmental action.
