Meeting Agenda	1. Visit to Shrimant Bhau Rangari Ganpati Mandir - Members of Rotary Chinchwad gathered at the Metro station and reached Shrimant Bhau Rangari Ganpati Mandir by 7:20 am. 2. Worship and Aarti - Aarti and Ganpati Atharvashrsha conducted from 7:30 to 8:00 am. 3. Visit to Shrimant Bhau Rangari Wada - The entire team visited Shrimant Bhau Rangari Wada and Mr. Sanjeev Jawale, Trustee of Ganpati Mandal, provided insights into its history. 4. Session with Dr. Kailash Jawade - Dr. Kailash Jawade and Govind Jawade shared their journey and efforts in AIDS prevention and Organ donation since 1999. Dr. Kailash Jawade practicing in DY Patil Hospital in Mumbai and running their own NGO DOST. He highlighted his awareness campaign during the Pune to Pandharpur wari. With todays doctors Day occasion we felicitate both of them with Vocational Award. 5. Felicitation of Doctors and CAs - Felicitation ceremony held for 10 doctors and 5 CAs on the occasion of Doctor and CA Day. E-certificates were presented to the awardees.

Minutes of Meeting	Minutes of Meeting Joint BOD of Rotary Club Of Chinchwad Held on 12th July 2024 1. Welcome and Introduction: The meeting commenced with a warm welcome from the current President, extending greetings to all Board of Directors (BOD) members present. 2. Report by Current President: Rtn Yatish Bhatt provided a comprehensive overview of the projects undertaken and meetings conducted over the past year. He also shared insights and reflections on his tenure as the President. 3. Budget Presentation: Treasurer Rtn. Bhupendra Ketkar presented the budget of the Club and the trust, which was reviewed and subsequently approved by the BOD members. 4. Discussion on By-Laws and Constitution: President Rtn Harsha Joshi and Secretary Rtn Parag Joshi addressed concerns regarding the Club's By-Laws and Constitution, proposing certain amendments. These proposed changes were approved by the BOD members, pending presentation to the Club members before the commencement of the new year. 5. Trust Deed Issue: Secretary Rtn Parag Joshi and Treasurer Rtn. Bhupendra Ketkar outlined the ongoing issues related to the trust deed and discussed the necessary steps to resolve them. It was noted that the Club would need to allocate approximately INR 1,20,000.00 to INR 1,35,000.00 for legal fees. The allocation was approved by the BOD members. 6. Presentation of July Month's Activities: President Rtn Harsha Joshi presented the agenda and details of the projects scheduled for the month of July, which were subsequently approved by the BOD members. 7. Sponsorship Opportunity for District Award Ceremony: The Club was presented with the opportunity to sponsor the District Award Ceremony. President Rtn Harsha Joshi elaborated on the related details to the BOD, and the proposal was approved unanimously. The District Award Ceremony is scheduled for the 28th of July 2024.
