Ganesh Vandana: The meeting began with a Ganesh Vandana Marathi Song performed by Rtn Vinayak Jog. 2. Call to Order: President Yatish Bhatt called the meeting to order. 3. National Anthem: The National Anthem was performed by A.V. which was recorded at PETS. 4. Welcome: The Master of Ceremony Rtn. Prof. Dr. Shilpagauri Ganpule extended a warm welcome to all guests and dignitaries present. 5. Presidential Report: Outgoing President Rtn Yatish Bhatt delivered his presidential report, reflecting on the achievements and activities of his term. He gave Insite of all project done in his year. 6. Secretarial Report: Rtn Sachin Wadbudhe presented the secretarial report, summarizing the club’s administrative updates and key activities by small PPT presentation. 7. Introduction of Incoming President: Rtn Yatish Bhatt introduced the incoming president Rtn Harsha Joshi. Small AV about his journey played. 8. Installation of Incoming President: D.G. Shital Shah conducted the installation ceremony for the incoming president Rtn Harsha Joshi, with the exchange of collar performed by Rtn Yatish Bhatt. 9. Introduction of Incoming Secretary: The Master of Ceremony Rtn. Prof. Dr. Shilpagauri introduced the incoming secretary Rtn Parag Joshi. 0. Installation of Secretary: Rtn Sachin Wadbudhe conducted the installation of the incoming secretary Rtn Parag Joshi, with the exchange of collar performed by Rtn Sachin Wadbudhe. 11. Exchange of Bouquet: First Lady Rachana Bhatt and Prashant Joshi presented bouquets to the new office bearers. 12. Installation of Board of Directors: D.G. Shital Shah, assisted by A.V., installed the new Board of Directors. Total 11 Board Of Directors installed on this day. 13. Year Ahead by President: The new president shared his vision and plans for the upcoming year. 14. Felicitation of Past Presidents: Past Presidents of R.C. Chinchwad were felicitated by D.G. Service Excellence Award: Mr Anil Mittal Joint Managing Director was honoured with the Service Excellence Award for his contributions towards Society . 16. Bedsheet Donation: Pratibha Pophale and Nanda Khanolkar facilitated the donation of bedsheets to Ishwarpuram. The NGO work for students of North East Stats of India. 17. Notebooks Donation: Notebooks were donated to Ishwarpuram and Manjai Aasni School. 18. Formation of RCC: The formation of the RCCs was announced, including RCC DIC's Educators and RCC Kids World Vidya Seva. Both RCC club was felicitated by D.G. Shital Shah with Charter Certificate. 19. Release of Bulletin: The latest month bulletin, Rochin, was released by D.G. Shital Shah, President Harsha Joshi. 20. Felicitation of Non-Rotarians: Non-Rotarians who made significant donations were felicitated by D.G. Shital Shah they contributed amount 1,00,000.00 for Rotary Club of Chinchwad Charitable Trust. 21. Contribution to Foundation: Rtn Surendra Sharma presented a contribution to the Foundation. This year club will contribute Around 12000 USD for Rotary India Foundation. 22. Guest Felicitation: Guests were felicitated for their presence and contributions. 23. Conference: Details about the upcoming conference were presented by A.V. 24. Best Wishes: A.G.
