Welcome and Introduction The meeting began with a warm welcome by President Rtn Harsha Joshi and Secretary Rtn Parag Joshi, who also served as the Masters of Ceremony (MOC) for the event. They greeted all the members and their families and set the tone for the Diwali Pahat celebration. 2. Overview of the Event There was no specific agenda for the morning meeting. The focus was on celebrating Diwali in a musical manner, with a group karaoke session led by club members. The event featured a series of songs sung by members of the Rotary Club of Chinchwad. 3. Key Contributors and Preparation The major responsibility for organizing and leading the Diwali Pahat songs was undertaken by Senior Rtn Sunil Garud. He meticulously planned and selected the song sequence, ensuring a smooth flow for the event. Highlights of the Program The program was a delightful musical celebration, with members singing a variety of songs.
