| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the Meeting Date: 24.12.2024 Time: 9:00 AM Venue: Ganesh Hotel Meeting Called to Order The meeting was called to order by President Rtn. Harsha Joshi at 9:00 AM sharp. National Anthem The National Anthem was sung by all the members. Welcome Address President Rtn. Harsha Joshi welcomed all the members and the day’s chief guests: AG Rtn. Ravindra Bhave and ALF Rtn. Dilip Parekh. Secretary report presented by Rtn Parag Joshi. Given details about Birthday And Anniversary Celebration in the month of Dec 2024. Also explain the upcome project in short as all director is going to present their report. Reports from Directors presented in front of Club Assembly A. Club Administration – Rtn. Ganesh Kudale • Till 24 December 2024: o Board of Directors Meetings: 6 o Club Assemblies: 4 o Regular Meetings: 8 o Family Nights: 4 o Strategic Planning Committee Meetings: 2 o Joint Meetings with Other Clubs: 3 • Club Bulletin Rochin: o E-bulletin published monthly in PDF format; 5 issues released so far. • By-laws: Updated and uploaded on the district website. • ALF Training and Attendance: 1 ALF training conducted with other clubs; 2 ALF attendance and guidance meetings. • Active Clubs: o 2 RCCs, 1 Interact Club, and 1 Rotaract Club. Planning to establish a new Interact Club. • Assistant Governor’s Presence: 6 meetings attended by AG. B. Sports – Rtn. Yatish Bhatt • Pimpri Panther won the Festival Trophy for cricket. • Rtn. Sunil Rohela appointed as Secretary of IFCR India. • Co-hosted Apala Pune Marathon for specially challenged individuals. • Upcoming Event: o Social partner in the EAA Triathlon on 4th January, including a special event for kids. • Achievements: o Annet Parth Joshi: Second prize in Bergman Duathlon. o Ann Gauri Joshi: Second prize in Runathon and Bergman Duathlon. o Rtn. Parag Joshi completed the Bergman Triathlon. C. Vocational Service – Rtn. Mahavir Satyanna • Vocational Day celebrations for C.A., Doctor, Teachers, Advocate, and Engineers’ Day. • Vocational Excellence and Service Excellence Awards distributed. • Upcoming: Industrial visit planning. D. Environment – Rtn. Rajendra Pophale • Conducted an essay writing competition. • Organized Mati Daan and tree plantation drives. • Collected E-waste. E. Peace – Rtn. Sangeeta Ranade • Promoted Saturday peace events in the club. • Conducted a peace oath ceremony on International Peace Day. • Celebrated Mental Health Day at Raje Shivaji School, Mohan Nagar. F. Community Service – Rtn. Kiran Raka • Projects Completed: o Economic and Community Development: 4 projects. o Basic Education and Literacy: 7 projects. o Human Development: 1 project. o Other Projects: 6 projects. o District Thrust Area: 6 projects. • Highlights: o Wari celebration, flag hoisting, and Raksha Bandhan at Paraplegic Home Khadki. o Donated notebooks, education materials, and uniforms to various schools. o Co-hosted Rotariche Indradhanu program and Kisaan exhibition. o Celebrated Senior Citizens Day. o Sponsored 1 outbound student. o Sent 4000 Rakhis to soldiers. G. CSR – Rtn. Kishor Gujar • Constructing a toilet block at Shikshagram, Kanhephata, Malavali worth Rs. 3.5 lakhs. • Under RCPC CSR Grant: Co-hosting with a contribution of Rs. 1 lakh. H. Youth Service – Rtn. Pankaj Darure • 2 Interact Clubs and 1 Rotaract Club active. • Hosted a 2-day Zonal RYLA with 8 speakers and 132 participants. • Conducted more than 10 activities, including tree plantation, Mati Daan, and essay writing competitions. • Co-hosted NGSE blazer ceremony and sponsored one outbound student to Russia for physical exchange. I. IT – Rtn. Shilpagauri Ganpule • Almost all projects are uploaded on R.I. and district websites. J. Medical Projects – Rtn. Amruta Ingale • Organized medical check-up camps, anemia awareness lectures, and blood donation camps. K. Foundation – Rtn. Surendra Sharma • APF Donation: $7,500 to date; additional $2,500 expected. • Polio Fund Donation: $400 to date. L. Membership – Rtn. Sachin Wadbudhe • Total Members: 47 (14 satellite club members, 29 active members). • 3 new members, including 1 lady member. • Planning to add 3-5 new members.
