Opening Remarks President Rtn Harsha Joshi welcomed all members and shared the day’s vocational visit and meeting schedule. He emphasised the importance of understanding the operations of local industries and how it can benefit club members in their vocational pursuits. 2. Visit to Quality Pattern Works Pvt. Ltd. The first visit was conducted at Quality Pattern Works Pvt. Ltd., where members were given an overview of the company's operations. The team observed the production of various industrial components and the high-quality control standards in place. Members actively engaged with the management to understand the techniques used in pattern-making and the company’s approach to meeting customer demands. Rtn Vishwanath Apte, the founder of the Company, and Rtn Parag Joshi, the Managing Director, expressed their views on the Company's products. 3. Visit to Sahayog Tools Pvt. Ltd. The second visit was to Sahayog Tools Pvt. Ltd., where the team detailed its discussion with the CEO, Rtn Mahavir Satyanna, about the machinery used and the importance of precision in tool making. The visit provided valuable insights into the technical aspects of manufacturing high-quality tools for industrial use. 4. Meeting at Pavana Ind. Premises After the visits, the meeting was held in the hall of Pavana, Ind. Premises. Members discussed what they learned from the industry visits and shared their insights on how these operations could be related to their professional practices. The exchange of ideas fostered a collaborative atmosphere among members. 5. Breakfast Session The meeting was followed by a breakfast session, during which members could network and discuss the day’s events more informally. 6.
