He thanked all members for their presence and participation in the club’s various activities. Secretary Report Secretary Rtn Kishor Gujar presented a detailed report of recent club activities, including ongoing projects and achievements. Notable mentions included updates on service projects and community engagement. Treasurer Report Treasurer Rtn Prasad Ganpule presented the club's financial statement, detailing income, expenses, and the balance sheet. He highlighted the financial health of the club and the status of funds allocated for various projects. Report on Work Completed in Pradeept Bharat Hostel A report was provided on the completed work at Pradeept Bharat Hostel. It was noted that the project had been successfully executed, and the hostel now has improved facilities. Report on Toilet Blocks Work in Shikshagram The members were briefed on the progress in constructing toilet blocks at Shikshagram. The work was progressing well, and the project was expected to be completed within the next few weeks. Discussion on Global Grant Project A detailed discussion was held regarding a potential Global Grant project. The members deliberated on possible focus areas, including health, education, and community development. The board agreed to start the initial proposal process for the grant. Discussion on Residential RYLA The Residential Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) event was discussed, and the potential dates and venue were considered. Discussion on Installation of Water Purifier in YCM Hospital A proposal for installing a water purifier in YCM Hospital was presented. Members expressed interest, and it was decided that a subcommittee would do further planning. Discussion on AG Visit The Assistant Governor (AG) 's visit to the club was discussed. It was agreed that the AG visit would be scheduled in the coming weeks, and preparations would begin to ensure a successful event. Discussion on Installation of Interact Club of V.K. Mate School A discussion was held about installing the Interact Club at V.K. Mate School. The board unanimously approved the installation, and the date for the event was to be decided soon. Finalise the Date of Club Meetings in March Dates for club meetings in March were finalised. The meetings will be scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month. Discussion on the Green Thread Project The Green Thread Project, aimed at promoting environmental sustainability, was discussed. The board agreed to push forward with the project and start preparing for implementation. Discussion on Inauguration of Water Purifier at Police Mukhyalay on 6th March at 12:30 p.m. The inauguration of the water purifier at Police Mukhyalay was scheduled for 6th March at 12:30 p.m. The members were reminded to attend and support the event. Discussion on Eye C Magic Rally An upcoming rally named "Eye C Magic" was discussed, which would raise awareness about eye health.
