Blood Donation Camp 1st July, 2012 Blood Donation Camp, a joint venture of Rotary Club of Pimpri, Pimpri Town, Akurdi, Chinchwad, Pradhikaran, Nigdi, was organized in Community Centre, Pimpri on Sunday, 1st July, 2012. President Rtn Prasad Ganpule, PP Rtn Surendra Sharma, Rtn. Manohar Dixit, Rtn Anagha Ratnaparkhi, Annet Payal Khanolkar and First Lady Ann Dr. Shilpagauri Ganpule graced the occasion. The following Rotarians donated their blood: 1. Rtn. Dr. Sanjeev Datye 2. Rtn Ganesh Kudale 3. Rtn. Sanjay Khanolkar 4. PP Rtn Rajesh Agarwal 5. Rtn. Rajan Lakhe On 2nd July, 2012 Rotary Club Chinchwad organized the second Blood Donation Camp in Sakshi Machine and Tools Pvt. Ltd., MIDC, Bhosari with the cooperation of Rtn. Vijay Latkar. A sum of 32 bottles of blood was collected. The third Blood Donation Camp was held in Ultra Engineers, Chakan Plant on 2nd July, 2012. Mr. Mane, the General Manager and Mr. Nikam, Human Resource Head gave their support in the successful organization of the Camp. Total 34 bottles of blood were collected. The fourth Blood Donation Camp was conducted in General Industrial Controls Ltd., MIDC, Bhosari on 3rd July, 2012. In all 69 bottles of blood were collected. Rtn Sanjay Khanolkar, Rtn. Ganesh Kudale and Rtn Vishvanath Apte visited the camp. In this three days Blood Donation Drive Rotary Club Chinchwad collected 140 bottles of blood. These four Blood Donation Camps were organized in coordination with Pimpri Serological Institutes Blood Bank. The enthusiasm and support of the Rotarians and the doctors and staff of Serological Institute made the project successful.
