Blood Donation Camp Report Date: 15th August 2024 Venue: Rotary Community Centre, Sambhajinagar, Chinchwad MIDC Pune Host Clubs: Rotary Club Chinchwad, Akurdi, Pimpri, Nigdi-Pune, Pimpri Town, Pimpri Elite, Pradhikaran, and Cosmopolitan Total Blood Bottles Collected: 50 On 15th August 2024, a successful Blood Donation Camp was organised at the Rotary Community Centre, Sambhajinagar, Chinchwad MIDC Pune. The event was collaborative between several Rotary clubs, including Rotary Club Chinchwad, Akurdi, Pimpri, Nigdi-Pune, Pimpri Town, Pimpri Elite, Pradhikaran, and Cosmopolitan. Several esteemed members of the Rotary community attended the camp, including Presidents Rtn Harsha Joshi (Rotary Club Chinchwad), Rtn Gautam Shah (Rotary Club Akurdi), Rtn Santosh Girinje (Rotary Club Pimpri), Rtn Mahadev Shendkar (Rotary Club Nigdi-Pune), Rtn Ajay Lanke (Rotary Club Pimpri Town), and Rtn Atul Kamat (Rotary Club Pimpri Elite). Members from the Rotary Club Chinchwad-Pune, including Secretary Rtn Parag Joshi, Rtn Vinayak Jog, Rtn Kiran Raka, and Rtn Rajesh Agarwal, also participated in the camp. Special mention goes to Rtn Rajesh Agarwal for his selfless contribution to the cause by donating blood. During the camp, 50 bottles of blood were successfully collected, which will be a valuable resource for those in need. The event was an incredible success, reflecting the commitment of the Rotary Clubs to supporting the community and saving lives through such noble initiatives. We thank all the volunteers, donors, and participants for their enthusiasm and contributions in making this blood donation camp a meaningful and impactful event.
